Kate McIntrye and Brad Huntzinger formed Ironies in the elate 80's. Being unable to find the environments and furnishings they envisioned, the designers set about creating them. Their early hand-painting business evolved into a full furniture line known for its unique designs, esoteric materials and comfortable, organic feeling.

New Furnishings from Interior Crafts

Stop by the showroom soon to revel at the elegance and comfort of our new Interior Crafts floor samples.

This Chicago based furniture manufacturer perfected the art of upholstery, wood working and finishing under one roof. With such a trade demand for Interior Crafts’ quality and style, they launched their first flagship showroom in the Chicago Merchandise Mart in 1958. Over the next decade the company exploded with a major plant move in 1968 to the current facility on Cullerton Avenue in Chicago. Today the company operates from a 230,000 square foot factory with artisans from all over the world.
